Cancellation of the service can be requested by the customer at any point but can not be requested once the service has been provided to the end customer.
Refund amount will be same as the amount paid by the customer while purchasing that specific service online and will be refunded back online to the same account through which it was paid. If amount paid by the customer was in offline mode then also it will be refunded back online in his/her bank account after confirmation from our team to that particular customer.
Amount will be refunded back within 2-3 working days.
